TPD2S300YFF-EVM Evaluation Module (EVM)

Texas Instruments TPD2S300YFF-EVM Evaluation Module (EVM) helps designers evaluate the operation and performance of the TPD2S300. The TPD2S300 is a single-chip solution for protection of the USB Type-C configuration channels (CC). The device provides Short-to-VBUS Over Voltage Protection up to 22V for the CC1 and CC2 pins to prevent damage caused by a faulty connector or mechanical twist shorting pins. This evaluation module is a TPD2S300YFF integrated chipset into a USB Type-C passthrough board to allow the user to test the operation of the TPD2S300YFF overvoltage protection and ESD protection in their own system.
