REF_80VDC_3.5KW_OPE2 Reference Board

Infineon Technologies REF_80VDC_3.5KW_OPE2 Reference Board is a high-efficiency BLDC/PMSM three-phase motor drive solution based on Infineon's PSOC™ control 3 advanced M33-based microcontroller. This board supports multiple control schemes, including sensor-less Field-Oriented Control (FOC). The REF_80VDC_3.5KW_OPE2 board features up to 100A peak sinusoidal motor phase current and 40A RMS continuous motor drive power of 2.5kW. This reference board operates at greater than 98% high efficiency and optimized thermal management. The protection features include overcurrent, overvoltage, and thermal protection. Typical applications include cordless power tools, outdoor power equipment, and Light Electric Vehicles (LEV).
