VEMD8080 PIN Photodiode

Vishay VEMD8080 PIN Photodiode is a high-speed, high-sensitivity PIN photodiode with enhanced sensitivity for visible light. This photodiode is a low profile Surface-Mount Device (SMD) including the chip with a 4.5mm2 sensitive area which detects visible and near infrared radiation. The VEMD8080 photodiode operates at a forward voltage of 1.2V and offers a 20V maximum reverse voltage rating. Typical applications include high-speed photodetector and wearables.
