S3AB to S3MB Standard Surface Mount Rectifier

Taiwan Semiconductor S3AB to S3MB Standard Surface Mount Rectifiers offer a high surge current capability, low forward voltage drop, and glass passivated chip junction. The S3AB to S3MB provides a range of 50V, 100V, 200V, 400V, 600V, 800V, and 1000V repetitive peak reverse voltages. The Taiwan S3AB to S3MB standard surface mount rectifiers have a 3A forward current, and 420V reverse voltage. The devices are available in a DO-214AA (SMB) package.
