TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. Littelfuse TVS diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.

Low Capacitance ESD SPA Diodes

Littelfuse Low Capacitance ESD SPA Diodes protect cables that operate with high-speed data and signals. These Littelfuse Low Capacitance ESD SPA Diodes include unidirectional and bidirectional devices with a 3.3V to 6V working voltage and 1 to 8 channels.

Automotive TVS Diodes

Littelfuse AEC-Q101 Qualified TVS Diodes protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by load dump and other transient voltage events. These AEC-Q101 qualified devices offer peak pulse power dissipation ratings of 400W (SZ1SMA) to 3000W (TPSMD). Littelfuse AEC-Q101 Qualified TVS Diodes are ideal for applications such as DC power protection and ESD protection in automotive electronics such as electronic control units, sensors, and entertainment systems, as well as in portable devices that require high reliability. 

SP3205 0.3pF 4A Unidirectional Diode Arrays

Littelfuse SP3205 0.3pF 4A Unidirectional Diode Arrays provide low capacitance, unidirectional functioning, and a high level of protection for electronic equipment against electrostatic discharge (ESD). Littelfuse SP3205 Unidirectional Diode Arrays feature 0.3pF typical capacitance, which helps ensure high signal integrity on the most challenging consumer electronics interfaces, including USB 3.1, HDMI, DisplayPort, Thunderbolt, and V-by-One®. SP3205 safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes at ±30kV (contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-2) without performance degradation and safely dissipates 4A of 8/20μs surge current (IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition).
