The device works reliably in demanding environments, making it ideal for smaller products of higher performance. Vishay Semiconductors VLMTG1400 ChipLED has a wide viewing angle of 146° and a typical wavelength of 525nm (true green). The ultra-bright InGaN chip technology produces a high luminous intensity of up to 2800mcd. Typical applications include wearables, backlight keypads, cellular phone displays, navigation systems, industrial control system displays, and more.
