MAX14789E Full-Duplex RS-485 Transceiver

Analog Devices Inc. MAX14789E Full-Duplex RS-485 Transceiver is designed for robust communication in harsh industrial environments. The MAX14789E features ±35kV ESD protection on the RS-485 pins and operates from a 3V to 5.5V supply with a 4mA no-load supply current (max). The MAX14789E offers maximum throughput and delivers up to 25Mbps. The MAX14789E is optimized for space-constrained applications and is available in an 8-pin SO package, operating over the -40°C to +105°C temperature range.
