STEVAL-CTM012V1 Evaluation Board

STMicroelectronics STEVAL-CTM012V1 Evaluation Board provides a reference design for a three-phase inverter based on the STSPIN32F0601Q BLDC Controller. The STSPIN32F0601Q embeds a 600V triple half-bridge gate driver and an Arm® Cortex®-M0 STM32 Microcontroller. High-voltage bootstrap diodes are also integrated, as well as anti-cross-conduction, deadtime, and UVLO protection on both the lower and upper driving sections. These features prevent the power switches from operating in low efficiency or dangerous conditions. Matched delays between low and high-side sections guarantee no cycle distortion. The inverter power stage of the STEVAL-CTM012V1 Evaluation Board also features six STD8N60DM2 N-Channel MDmesh™ MOSFETs.
