MR1A16A 2Mb 16-bit I/O Parallel Interface MRAM

Everspin Technologies MR1A16A 2Mb 16-bit I/O Parallel Interface Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory (MRAM) modules are 2,097,152-bit devices organized as 131,072 words of 16 bits. The MR1A16A series offers SRAM-compatible 35ns read/write timing with unlimited endurance. Data is automatically protected and is always nonvolatile for >20 years. These MRAM devices are available in two package types: a small footprint 48-pin ball grid array (BGA) and a 44-pin thin small outline (TSOP Type 2). These packages are compatible with similar low-power SRAM products and nonvolatile RAM products. Everspin Technologies MR1A16A MRAM operates in various temperatures and provides highly reliable data storage. The series offers an ideal memory solution for applications that permanently store and quickly retrieve critical data and programs.
