Infineon Technologies TLS850A4TEV50 Demonstration Board is designed to evaluate the TLS850A4TEV50 OPTIREG™ linear voltage regulator in a PG-TO252-3 (DPAK) package. This board is easy to use and provides a fixed output voltage of 5V. The OPTIREG™ linear TLS850A4TEV50 is a high-performance regulator with low dropout voltage and ultra-low quiescent current. The TLS850A4TEV50 demo board features a plug-and-play evaluation capability, easy verification, and configuration. This board includes easy-to-use banana connectors and test points for advanced verification. The protection features include output current limitation and overtemperature shutdown. Typical applications include general automotive, automotive, or other supply systems connected to the battery permanently and automotive systems that need to operate in cranking conditions.
