S32M276SFFRD Reference Design Board

NXP Semiconductors S32M276SFFRD Reference Design Board is engineered for automotive and PMSM motor control applications. The board is based on the S32M276 integrated solution that combines a 32-bit Arm^® Cortex^®-M7 S32K3 microcontroller and an analog die with a voltage regulator, gate driver, and current sensing in a system-in-package (SiP) design. The NXP board is designed to demonstrate BOM and PCB size reduction. With a less than 2" diameter (5cm diameter), the boards can drive BLDC/PMSM motor control applications. The S32M276SFFRD delivers UART, CAN/CAN FD (using internal PHY), RGB LED, a JTAG 10-pin connector, and a fast-on connector for the power supply and 3-phase motors.
