VLMU3510-365-130 UV High Power LED

Vishay Semiconductors VLMU3510-365-130 UV High Power LED is a ceramic-based high power UV LED with a silicone lens that offers a long lifetime. This LED measures 3.45mm x 3.45mm x 2.1mm. It offers radiant power up to 835mW at 500mA in a wavelength range of 362.5nm to 370nm. This device is designed to provide a reliable, energy-saving replacement for mercury lamps. The silicone lens enables extremely long lifetimes up to 25,000 hours, compared to the typical mercury lamp lifetime of 10,000 hours. Vishay Semiconductors VLMU3510-365-130 UV High Power LED is ideal for use in medical, industrial, and printing applications.

UV LEDs

Vishay UltraViolet (UV) LEDs are a family of UV LEDs with a mid to high radiant power range. These UV LEDs feature silicone lenses that deliver an exceptionally long lifetime. The UV LEDs offer a dominant wavelength range of 265nm to 410nm. These LEDs operate from a forward voltage range of 3.2V to 16V. The UV LEDs come in compact surface-mount packages and are compatible with reflow soldering processes. These LEDs facilitate 25000hrs of lifecycle with low power consumption. The UV LEDs have applications in UV curing, blood detection, counterfeit currency detection and photocatalytic purification.
