Pre-Wired Connector

Preci-Dip Pre-Wired Connector is designed to handle up to 20A continuous current and offers excellent thermal performance. The pre-wiring ensures consistent quality and eliminates the need for manual soldering or crimping. This connector features spring-loaded contacts and a maximum contact resistance of 25mΩ in static mode. The pre-wired connector supports a theoretical stroke of 1.90mm and durability up to 20,000 cycles at nominal height. This connector features a precision-machined piston and spring mechanism on each contact, ensuring a consistent electrical connection even under vibration, thermal cycling, or mechanical stress. The pre-wired connector is constructed from CuZn39Pb3 alloy and stainless steel springs, ensuring excellent mechanical integrity. This connector operates within the -40°C to 85°C temperature range. Typical applications include automotive and industrial electronics, test and measurement equipment, power distribution systems, medical, and aerospace equipment.
