LM2903EZ Automotive Ground Sense Comparator

ROHM Semiconductor LM2903EZ Automotive Ground Sense Comparator is a high-gain comparator that is operable from almost the GND level for input. This comparator features single or dual power supply operation, 0.6mA typical low supply current, 5nA typical input offset current, and 50nA typical input bias current. The LM2903EZ comparator is AEC-Q100 qualified and is available in SOP-J8 4.9mm x 6mm x 1.65mm dimensions. This comparator is used in applications such as engine control unit, Electric Power Steering (EPS), Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), and automotive electronics.
