API21550 Isolated High-Side/Low-Side Gate Drivers

Diodes Inc. API21550 Isolated High-Side/Low-Side Gate Drivers provide up to 4A/6A peak source/sink driving capability. Depending on the operating conditions, the API21550 offers 5V, 8V, and 12V V_DD UVLO options for driving GaN, MOSFET, and IGBT/SIC. The API21550 operates with a maximum V_DD supply voltage of 30V, while the input side operates from 3V to 5.5V.
