RClamp®01211ZC ESD Protection Device

Semtech RClamp^®01211ZC Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Protection Device is specifically designed to protect high-speed differential lines. This device provides desirable characteristics for board-level protection such as fast response time, low operating voltage, low clamping voltage, and no device degradation. The RClamp01211ZC ESD device features ESD protection characteristics like low peak ESD clamping voltage and high ESD withstand voltage per IEC 61000-4-2 (±10kV contact). This device operates at 1.2V working voltage, 100nA maximum low reverse leakage current at 1.2V_R, and 0.2pF maximum low capacitance. The RClamp01211ZC ESD device is used in applications such as Thunderbolt 3, USB 4, and USB 3.2 gen 1/gen 2/gen 2x2.
