F0424 Broadband RF Amplifier

Renesas Electronics F0424 SiGe Broadband Radio Frequency (RF) Amplifier offers a 600MHz to 4200MHz radio frequency range for operation. The RF amplifier comes with a combination of low noise figure and high linearity performance. This allows the device to be used in both receiver and transmitter applications. The F0424 SiGe broadband RF amplifier features 17.3dB gain with 40dbm OIP3 and 2.3dB noise figure at 2600MHz at 5V supply voltage. This RF amplifier operates at a 5V or 3.3V power supply using a nominal 70mA of Icc. The F0424 RF amplifier is classified under the SiGe class amplifiers that offer longer reliability than GaAs amplifiers.
