The NTMFS6H858NL N-channel power MOSFET operates at 80V drain-to-source voltage, ±20V gate-to-source voltage, and -55°C to 175°C operating junction and storage temperature range. This power MOSFET is Pb-free and RoHS-compliant. Typical applications include switching power supplies, power switches (High-side driver, low-side driver, and H-bridges), 48V systems, motor control, load switches, and DC/DC converter.
