MAX77278 Ultra-Low Power PMIC

Maxim Integrated MAX77278 Ultra-Low Power Power Management IC (PMIC) provides highly-integrated battery charging and power supply solutions for low-power applications where size and efficiency are critical. This PMIC features a Single-Inductor Multiple-Output (SIMO) buck-boost regulator that provides three independently programmable power rails from a single inductor. The MAX77278 PMIC provides a highly-configurable linear charger that supports a wide range of Li+ battery capacities and includes battery temperature monitoring. This device includes a programmable current sink which can drive an IR LED, eight general-purpose input/output (GPIO) pins, and an analogue multiplex (AMUX) output.
