SP1120-01WTG Unidirectional Discrete TVS Diode

Littelfuse SP1120-01WTG Unidirectional Discrete Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode is fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology and offers high electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for electronic equipment. This flip-chip diode safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV (contact and air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2) without performance degradation. The SP1120-01WTG also safely dissipates 5A 8/20μs surge events per IEC 61000-4-5, 2nd edition. Littelfuse SP1120-01WTG Unidirectional Discrete TVS Diode operates in a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and is ideal for applications that include USB PD 3.1, mobile phones, LCD/PDP TVs, and set-top boxes.
