VOW137 & VOW2611 High-Speed 10MBd Optocouplers

Vishay VOW137 and VOW2611 High-Speed Optocouplers are 10MBd widebody optocouplers that consist of a GaAIAs infrared emitting diode, optically coupled with an integrated photodetector. The detector incorporating an integral Faraday shield provides a high level of noise isolation, required by high-power switching applications. Vishay VOW137 and VOW2611 High-Speed Optocouplers feature a high level of isolation distance, exhibiting an external creepage distance of >10mm. The optocouplers are ideal for applications with working voltages exceeding 1000V.
