S-19317 Automotive Linear Regulator IC

ABLIC S-19317 Automotive Linear Regulator IC offers a high-withstand voltage and low dropout positive voltage regulator with a reset function. This IC includes a built-in ON/OFF circuit developed using high-withstand voltage CMOS process technology. The S-19317 IC features a 36V maximum input voltage, 3µA typical low current consumption, ±2% output voltage accuracy, and -40°C to 125°C operating temperature range. The protection features include a built-in overcurrent protection circuit to limit the output transistor's overcurrent and a built-in thermal shutdown circuit. Typical applications include Battery Management Systems (BMSs), keyless entry, door handle sensors, constant-voltage power supplies and reset circuits for automotive electric components.
