MPQ2180 AEC-Q100 Synchronous Step-Down Converters

Monolithic Power Solutions (MPS) MPQ2180 AEC-Q100 Synchronous Step-Down Converters are highly integrated, high-frequency switching voltage regulators with an I2C control interface. The MPQ2180 can support up to 6A load current across a 2.7V to 6V input voltage (VIN) supply range with high load/line regulation. Achieving high efficiency under light-load conditions, constant-frequency hysteretic mode provides a swift transient response without loop compensation. Available in a compact QFN-14 (2.5mm x 3mm) package, the MPQ2180 is ideal for processor core supplies, automotive infotainment/telematics systems, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), and other automotive applications.
