EVAL-ADPA7007 Evaluation Board

Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-ADPA7007 Evaluation Board features a 2-layer 10 mils PCB Rogers 4350B copper clad, mounted on an aluminum heat sink. The Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-ADPA7007 shares the same PCB as ADPA7005-EVALZ but has ADPA7007 components. The heat sink provides thermal relief and mechanical support, with mounting holes for attaching to larger heat sinks. RFIN and RFOUT ports feature 2.9mm female coaxial connectors with 50Ω characteristic impedance. The board has components suitable for the device's entire operating temperature range.
