Nexperia SOT1215 Surface-Mounted Package Products offer a plastic, leadless, thermally enhanced ultra thin small outline package with side-wettable flanks (SWF). The SOT1215 products feature three terminals, a 0.75mm pitch and a 1.1mm x 1mm x 0.37mm body. The SOT1215 Surface-Mounted Package Products use a HUSON (thermal enhanced ultra thin small outline; no leads) package style descriptive code. Additionally, the devices support a 1.5mm x 1.3mm footprint and a 1.95mm2 footprint area.
