PSMN011 N-channel MOSFET

Nexperia PSMN011 N-channel MOSFET is a dual logic level N-channel MOSFET in an LFPAK56D (Dual Power-SO8) package. The Nexperia MOSFET uses TrenchMOS technology. The device is repetitive avalanche rated and qualified to 175°C.
