Infineon Technologies 1400W Phase-Shift Full-Bridge (PSFB) SMD Solution is a DC-DC stage for server applications that are realized by a (PSFB) topology block. This solution features 3.7W/cm3 power density that is enabled by the use of SMD packages, stacked magnetic construction, and innovative cooling solutions. Infineon Technologies 1400W PSFB SMD Solution employs the CoolMOS™ CFD7 MOSFET in a ThinPAK package and XMC4200-F64k256BA microcontroller. This solution also incorporates BSC016N06NS synchronous rectifier MOSFET, 1EDN7512G low-side driver, and 2EDS8265H driver IC. Typical applications include server and industrial SMPS.
