IP68 Advanced Potting II DC Fans with PWM

NMB Technologies IP68 Advanced Potting II DC Fans with Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) deliver certified protection against dust and water ingress while providing design and manufacturing benefits over traditional Potting I methods. In Potting I, connector assemblies are pre-assembled to the fan's PCBA or stator before potting, resulting in tight mechanical constraints on the connector housing dimensions and material compatibility. This is especially true for smaller frame sizes where strut-to-strut spacing is limited. The Potting II process eliminates these limitations, enabling expanded lead wire and connector configurations without the mechanical and thermal restrictions of Potting I. These generation 2 air movers provide greater flexibility in system designs and integration.
