K-LCx Radar Transceivers

RFbeam K-LCx Radar Transceivers are designed with asymmetrical/symmetrical beams for low-cost and short-distance applications. These radar transceivers feature a fully integrated low-phase noise VCO and a built-in temperature compensation circuit for VCO stabilization. The K-LCx modules operate at a 24GHz transmitter frequency, wide varieties of beam apertures, and a 3.2 to 5.5V wide power supply voltage range. These radar transceivers include IF outputs I and Q that allow movement direction detection and high-performance signal processing.
