ROHM Automotive LDO Regulators and Voltage Trackers are AEC-Q100 qualified and include general-purpose 3-terminal models featuring low-power consumption, high-current capability, and high-voltage resistance. These ROHM LDO regulators and voltage trackers also feature low quiescent current, space-saving, high-efficiency, buck-boost automatic switching control, and low-voltage operation solutions. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers operate at various supply voltage ranges, and the maximum output current varies between 0.07A to 1.5A. These LDO regulators offer different part types LDO, LDO with voltage tracker, LDO regulators with watchdog timer, and voltage trackers only. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers are ideally used in cellular phones, automotive applications, home electric appliances, consumer equipment, and industrial appliances.

Low Quiescent Current Solutions

ROHM Low Quiescent Current Solutions increase the demand for smaller components that provide greater design flexibility and the necessary space for integrating features. These regulators achieve lower power consumption to prolong battery life.
