AD4002/AD4006/AD4010 18-Bit SAR ADCs

Analog Devices Inc. AD4002/AD4006/AD4010 18-Bit SAR ADCs are low noise, low power, and high-speed ADCs that operate from 1.8V supply voltage. These ADCs feature ease of use, reducing signal chain complexity/power consumption and enabling higher channel density.
