These devices are available in a SlimDPAK (TO-252AE) case featuring Vishay's Trench MOS Schottky technology. Vishay V20PW22 High Current Density TMBS Rectifiers also offer low forward voltage drop, low power losses, high-efficiency operation, and AEC-Q101 qualification. These features make the V20PW22 series ideal for use in high-frequency DC/DC converters, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection applications.
