TPS766 LDO Linear Voltage Regulator

Texas Instruments TPS766 Low-Dropout (LDO) Linear Voltage Regulators support up to 250mA load current and input voltage range from 2.5V to 16V (new chip). The input voltage range is up to 16V (new chip), which makes the device a good choice for regulated rails (such as 10V or 12V) and operating from transformer secondary windings. The wide output voltage range also allows the device to generate the bias voltage for silicon carbide (SiC) gate drivers, microphones, power microcontrollers (MCUs), and processors.
