Samtec Flyover® Cable Assembly Systems feature a broad portfolio of panel, mid-board, and backplane cable systems to extend signal reach and density via ultra-low Twinax cables. Flyover cable assemblies break traditional signaling substrate and hardware constraints, allowing cost-effective, high-performance solutions to 56Gbps+ challenges. The Samtec Flyover family includes QSFP, NovaRay®, AcceleRate®, Si-Fly™, FireFly™, and ExaMAX® cable systems.

Flyover® QSFP Cable Systems

Samtec Flyover® QSFP (FQSFP) Cable Systems provide improved and extended signal integrity by flying critical data over lossy PCB materials. Critical high-speed signals are flown directly to the panel via an ultra-low skew twinax cable, offering architectural flexibility. Featuring an ultra-high-density design, Flyover QSFP Cable Systems from Samtec include sideband signalling via press-fit contacts to help increase airflow and multiple "End 2" options that enable maximum design flexibility.
