STMicroelectronics STM32U0 Ultra Low Power MCUs are based on Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core and are designed to be eco-friendly with a labeled sustainable technology. These microcontrollers contribute to the reduced carbon footprint by reducing the power consumption in the end devices. The STM32U0 MCUs require less energy than the previous product generations. These MCUs feature a simple architecture, high-performance interrupt-handling capabilities, and upward compatibility with the Cortex-M processor family. The STM32U0 MCUs offer energy-efficient operation, good code density, and platform security robustness with an integrated Memory Protection Unit (MPU). These MCUs are used in industrial, smart metering, medical, and consumer applications.
