STISO620 Dual-Channel Digital Isolator

STMicroelectronics STISO620 Dual-Channel Digital Isolator is based on the ST thick oxide galvanic isolation technology. The device provides two independent channels in the same direction with Schmitt trigger input, providing robustness to noise and high-speed input/output switching time.
