Analog Devices Inc. ADuM25x/ADuM26x Digital Isolators are 5- and 6-channel digital isolators with a 13ns maximum propagation delay and <4.5ns pulse width distortion at 5V operation. The isolators provide 100kV/µs common-mode transient immunity and tight channel matching at 4ns maximum.
