The unique spiralling shape of these connectors allows for more contact points, providing a higher rate of conductivity. The clip design also facilitates coupling with 80% less effort than the industry standard. Amphenol Industrial Eaxtron UL1977 DIN Connectors feature a current rating of 160A, 320A, or 430A and a lifespan of >12,000 cycles. These connectors include a locking mechanism that works in conjunction with the user to provide an arcless experience. The unique design of the female contacts and durable housing nullifies all "inevitable" arcs.
