Helios H4 RADSOK® Solar Connectors

Amphenol Industrial RADSOK® Helios H4 Solar Connectors provide solutions for all segments of the solar electric system while featuring a 52A rating. The H4 connectors provide efficient, low-loss power transfer through precision machined contacts utilizing RADSOK technology. The H4 Series offers high reliability for both thin-film and crystalline silicon technologies. A quick, easy, and safe NEC 2008-compliant locking system with secure snap-lock mating makes the H4 one of the most advanced solar connectors available. The Helios H4 series meets NEC 2008 standards as-is, with no additional components needed. With a 25-year UV and ozone resistance, the connectors meet waterproof IP67 standards and withstand hydrolysis, oil, chemicals, abrasion, corrosion, and extreme temperature. 

USB A & B 2.0 Connectors

The FCI USB A and B 2.0 Connectors achieve speeds up to 480Mb/sec and are keyed and color-coded for different voltages. The FCI USB A and B 2.0 Connectors offer 12,000 high durability cycles to meet high-end applications. Available in through-hole and SMT versions, the USB Connectors feature PCB mounting options by position, orientation, and hold-down. The FCI USB A and B 2.0 Connectors are commonly used as a standard I/O connection in industrial, instrumentation, medical, and automotive industry applications.

RADSOK® Connectors

Amphenol Industrial RADSOK® Connectors upgrade many core connectors by simply adding the RADSOK advantage. RADial SOcKet (RADSOK) is a socket cylinder within a female contact that has several equally spaced longitudinal beams twisted into a hyperbolic shape. As the male pin is inserted, axial members in the female half deflect, imparting high current flow across the connection with minimal voltage loss. The configuration ensures a large, coaxial, face-to-face surface area engagement and is ideal for crimp termination applications requiring repeated mating cycles and high current with a low millivolt drop. Amphenol connectors using RADSOK technology include Amphe-GTR Reverse Bayonet Connectors for Power Applications, PowerBus Amphe-PD™ Connectors, Amphe-Power® Connectors, board level connectors such as PowerBlok™, RADSERT™, and PGY™, SurLok Connectors, and Helios H4 Solar Connectors.

The Helios H4 provides efficient, low loss power transfer through precision machined contacts utilizing RADSOK® technology. The H4 connectors offer high reliability for both thin film and crystalline silicon technologies. The H4 Solar Connectors feature a quick and easy, safe NEC 2008 compliant locking system with secure snap lock mating, making the H4 the most advanced solar connector available. The Helios H4 meets NEC 2008 standards "as is", with no additional components needed.
